Centrally
located on Tasmania’s north west coast, providing
convenient access to the multitude of attractions in
this, often overlooked, but arguably most attractive
corner of the State.

length coastal walks. Within day trip reach of Cradle Mountain, the wild West

Down 38 steps in front of Paradise House and onto the splendid beach for a swim or a very short
stroll along the uniquely white sands of Boat Harbour Beach to the
popular ‘Jolly Rogers on the Beach’ restaurant/café for
a leisurely coffee, wine, beer or a sumptuous gourmet meal.
The usually crystal clear waters are perfect for snorkelling or scuba diving
with a scuba centre at nearby Wynyard. At times, easterly winds can provide
exciting times for those who enjoy the surf.
Watch out for visiting dolphins, seals and the occasional whales that come right into the bay.
