50% REFUND (of booking fee, whether paid or not) BETWEEN 6 MONTHS AND 1 MONTH PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY

NO REFUND (of booking fee, whether paid or not) IF CANCELLED LATER THAN 1 MONTH PRIOR TO OCCUPANCY
